CO-FOUNDER: JAN SCHOLTZ

MD, Jan Scholtz, is a co-founding member of the business and is directly involved in several key areas in the business operation, from policy development and enforcement to HR management and strategic direction.

Together with his fellow professionals, Jan founded the company (as Global Secretarial) in 2000, initially focusing on legal transcription work. As a company owned and managed by UK qualified solicitors, it was a natural progression to offer legal process outsourcing solutions to professionals. Jan’s value to the company is directly attributed to his status as a dual qualified lawyer (South Africa and England) and his work on class action litigation such as the Lloyd’s v Jaffray piece and other commercial cases in the UK.

His insight into the challenges of IT system rollout and solution development has equipped Jan with invaluable knowledge, which, together with a passion for information and truth, has helped facilitate the integration of information security systems and relevant accreditation. Jan looks forward to engaging current and emerging markets as Global BPO deepens its international footprint.

CO-FOUNDER: DAVID WARTSKI

Global BPO Director and founding member David Wartski is involved in key account management and business development.

A seasoned legal professional (Admitted Attorney in South Africa, Admitted Solicitor in England and Wales), David specialises in maritime law and is also a director of Mays Brown. Like his colleagues at Global BPO David is passionate about technology and solutions that make a difference to business operations and enhance capability.

He has a special connection to South Africa and this, together with his expertise, makes him a valuable asset to the company.

Growth is top of his agenda and, together with his team, the strategy is to build organically and continue to add value to an expanding customer base.

PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER: KARLIEN SCHOLTZ

Karlien graduated with an MBA and a BA Hons Degree in Psychology and has been with Global BPO since its inception, shaping and developing our People and Culture strategy across the firm.
With strong leadership skills and a team-orientated approach, Karlien continues to focus on creating a rewarding, high-performance workplace where talented and diverse teams are able and motivated to perform at their best.

CLIENT MANAGER: SUZIE YOUNG

Suzie graduated with a joint honours degree in languages and joined Global BPO in 2017 as Client Manager.

With over 20 years’ experience across a range of sectors, Suzie is committed to providing the highest quality of service.

Client relations are a core priority and Suzie focuses on strengthening our long-term trusted partnerships. Innovation, agility and a customer-led approach underpin our business and we work closely with our clients to ensure our service evolves in line with their business needs.

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: BEN VINCENT

Ben graduated with a degree in Law and a Masters in Legal Practice. Since then he has worked in business development for clients including: Law, M&A, Real Estate Finance and Accountancy.
A forward-thinking and analytical business leader, Ben is experienced in sales and marketing, strategic planning and business development. At Global BPO Ben is responsible for leading the growth of the UK client base.

LEGAL PROJECTS MANAGER: JOHN TRUTER

John joined Global BPO in January 2019 with extensive experience in large-scale, pre-litigation cases for various leading law firms. With excellent project management skills and a focus on quality-assurance and timely delivery, John has a comprehensive knowledge of document processing and review processes.
A strong communicator with an ability to analyse and manage multiple priorities within short time frames, John leads our teams of lawyers and paralegals who work on a range of projects including eDiscovery, Due Diligence, Data Subject Access Requests and investigation matters.

DOCUMENT SERVICES MANAGER: BRENDALYNNE ARNOTT

Brendalynne joined Global BPO in 2010 and leads the strategic and operational delivery of our Document Services.

As Document Services Manager, Brendalynne is responsible for overseeing our teams of specialists, maintaining high client satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our clients.

With strong leadership skills and an in-depth knowledge of document production and document checking, Brendalynne plays a key role in ensuring best practice, delivering flexible, efficient solutions and providing service of the highest quality.

IT MANAGER: KENNETH LEHMKUHL

Kenneth graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and has over 23 years’ experience working within software development and the IT sector. He has been with Global BPO since 2004, creating and implementing the systems, processes and infrastructure which underpin our business today.
Kenneth leads the IT team, delivering a responsive and resilient IT service for both our clients and employees. Information Security is a core priority and Kenneth manages organisational and information security policies and our information security management system.
