Our manifesto commitment to our clients

Election fever is now in full swing in the UK as our political parties battle it out to convince voters to give them the keys to 10 Downing Street.

An unusual year

Around the world, it is estimated that approximately 1.5 billion people will be going to the polls this year as significant elections are taking place in more than 50 countries which between them hold almost half of the world’s population (including a presidential election in the USA and a surprise parliamentary election in France). This makes 2024 an unusually election-heavy year globally.

Our manifesto

At Global BPO we are of course politically neutral but we do make our own manifesto commitment to our clients when they choose us. Here is our “ten-point plan”, the principles which guide our work:

  • We invest time in getting to know our clients’ businesses and systems so that we can work as a seamless part of their team.

  • Our services are flexible, so we can respond quickly to changing requirements.
  • Quality matters! We never compromise on our quality assurance.
  • We deliver services at a significant cost saving for law firms and in-house legal teams.
  • We offer great value for money in comparison to direct hires.
  • It matters to us that our hard-working staff are highly professional and experienced, we know they always want to do the best for our clients.
  • We want our clients to offload their pressure points to us. We will take care of all those time-consuming HR matters including hiring, onboarding, training and managing staff.
