Whilst we maintain a small management team in London, most of our workforce is based at our wonderful waterside facility in Cape Town.
We use technology to ensure a seamless connection between our South African teams and our clients worldwide. Our IT Manager works closely with each client to make sure that all relevant confidentiality and information security protocols are in place.
In a nutshell, it is as if our clients have a satellite office in South Africa: communication and working practices are perfectly aligned, with our highly skilled and experienced legal and business personnel providing support to the client’s existing workforce.
Whilst much of the training and interaction is done remotely, many of our clients also like to visit in person, particularly in the early stages of onboarding. Whatever clients choose, we always invest a great deal of time to ensure that the relationship is as strong as it can possibly be and that the needs of the business are truly understood.
