Transcription and document processing
We offer a high quality offshore transcription and document processing service, that will significantly reduce your secretarial overhead without in any way compromising on quality or turnaround time.

We offer 2 types of service - "dedicated secretary" and "pay as you go".

Dedicated secretary
An experienced and highly qualified secretary works exclusively for you every day save for weekends and UK bank holidays. When your secretary goes on leave we provide cover. Working exclusively for you, your secretary very quickly becomes accustomed to the way in which you work and therefore delivers a near perfect service in a short space of time.

You can prioritise work on the basis of urgency at no extra cost.

Pay as you go
The "pay as you go" structure works on the basis that work from about 3/4 companies is shared between a secretary.

Work is typed in the order that it comes in unless an urgent turnaround is requested.

Payment for this option works on a similar basis to a mobile phone contract. Pricing is based on a "per minute of dictation" basis. The price drops as more dictation is sent.

We have a minimum retainer of 5 hours of dictation per month.

We are also able to quote on a per line basis if this is preferred.

Working hours
Our secretaries generally work from 7.30am to 4.30pm during the UK Summer months and from 6.30am to 3.30pm over the UK Winter months.

Arrangements can be made to bring secretaries in line with UK working hours but we generally find that our hours work well because our secretaries are able to clear dictation from the previous evening before the fee earners get into work the following day but they are still there for most of the UK working day.

Work can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is processed year round save for UK bank holidays and weekends.

Virtual Assistant and Reception

Legal research – we do not use inexperienced paralegals for any of these operations. Instead we use South African qualified lawyers, barristers and law graduates who have been handpicked with the intention of offering a range of legal skills with different backgrounds and experiences. They are familiar with tackling highly complex legal issues and providing detailed analysis and drafting.

Litigation support services – our solicitors collate, paginate and summarise the contents of documents for the purposes of disclosure. Our solicitors have extensive experience of class action litigation and provide a guarantee that any support function that we provide is undertaken by a law graduate. We do not use unqualified paralegals, so clients get real value for money.

We provide the remote office setup and infrastructure for the duration of a trial, thereby taking out of our clients’ hands the need to recruit temporary staff and to provide office space for said staff. Our team integrates seamlessly into the workflow processes required by the lead solicitors.

Accountancy services – data entry and book keeping

We provide professional back office support to Accounting firms as well as bookkeeping services in the UK.

Our accountants are familiar with UK accounting packages such as Sage, IRIS, Vistopia, QuickBooks and Kashflow.
